These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the rbaji platform and all related services. By accessing the rbaji website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

rbaji is an online gaming and betting platform that provides live casino, slot games, and various sports betting services including cricket for users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you confirm that you are able and willing to comply with applicable laws in Bangladesh and these Terms.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any other policy, these Terms will take precedence.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open and use an account on the rbaji platform. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to use this platform. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and if proof is not satisfactory, the account may be temporarily or permanently closed.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts and any balances in them will be forfeited. Accounts are non-transferable and operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If false or incomplete information is provided, rbaji reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds or winnings. Please update your information immediately if anything changes.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

rbaji may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be limited or suspended until verification is complete. Typically, a certified copy of a national ID card or passport is required.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Keep your password strong and change it regularly. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

The account holder is responsible for all activity that takes place on the account. rbaji will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access, unless it is proven that the loss was directly caused by our technical fault.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

rbaji supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and others). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing begins after the withdrawal request has been verified.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The name on the payment method must match the name on the account.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed on unusual or suspicious transactions until verification is complete.

4.3 Transaction Verification

All transactions go through rbaji's security process. If a fraudulent or unusual transaction is detected, we may immediately suspend the account and notify the police or relevant authorities.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rbaji offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; or depositing ৳28,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings are only withdrawable once the specified wagering has been completed.
• Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts or false information will be cancelled.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be automatically cancelled.
• rbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets begin processing once confirmed. No bet can be cancelled or changed after confirmation. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, rbaji reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet amount for that event will be refunded. For partially completed events, standard industry rules will apply.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

rbaji sets a maximum winnings limit for a single bet or from one account within a given period. Bets may be cancelled in cases of unusual betting patterns or market manipulation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbaji platform:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Misusing bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts.
• Using software bots, automation scripts, or artificial intelligence for betting.
• Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Using false identities or fraudulent documents.
• Attempting a cyber attack on the platform.
• Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

rbaji places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income.

• You can set deposit limits, session time limits, or betting limits on your account at any time.
• A self-exclusion option is available for temporary or permanent breaks.

• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• The user's own negligence or misuse of account information.
• Unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters or government orders.

11.1 rbaji's Rights

rbaji may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms or any policy.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• In compliance with an order from a regulatory authority.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding balance will be returned before closure, subject to applicable wagering requirements being met.

rbaji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be given reasonable prior notice of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
